Cinfães now has a new haven to appreciate natural beauty: the Miradouro do Vale do Bestança, located in Alhões, in the heart of the Montemuro mountains. This viewpoint offers a superb view over the entire valley, extending to the Douro River, providing a truly unique and immersive experience in nature. The space was carefully designed to provide moments of conviviality and relaxation, with tables and benches arranged to enjoy the landscape with family or friends.
To complement your visit, we have installed a strategically positioned swing, allowing for an even deeper contemplation of the untouched landscape. The Miradouro do Vale do Bestança is part of the Water and Stone Route of the Magic Mountains, along with the Ribeiro Sampaio Leisure Park, which has also undergone recent improvements. You can find new equipment and structures, including a swing with a stunning view of the Ribeiro Sampaio waterfall – a perfect place to relax and appreciate the natural beauty of the region.
Accessibility is not a problem: the viewpoint is easily reached through good signage and an available map. We provide two or three picnic tables, four parking spaces, and a water tap to refresh yourself. The real highlight, however, is the breathtaking view that opens before you, ideal for a picnic and moments of pure contemplation. Let yourself be enveloped by the beauty of the valley and enjoy a refreshing break in nature.
