The Serra da Cabreira is situated between Minho and Trás-os-Montes, extending into the territories of Vieira do Minho, Cabeceiras de Basto and Montalegre. Its peak, Talefe, with 1262 meters, offers visitors a truly dazzling landscape and sublime panoramic views of the mountain villages, reservoirs and the Serra do Gerês. Here we can also find a wind farm composed of 10 wind turbines, as well as a watchtower of the Forest Services.
