It is a magnificent place, with an impressive view of the town of Arouca, the Serra da Freita, the Serra de Arada, the Ria de Aveiro, the first mountains around the Rio Paiva. Even Porto can be seen on clearer days. It's magical! With several resources, Monte da Senhora da Mó has a lot to offer to visitors: a bar with esplanade, tables for picnic, a swimming pool, a path for walking, jogging, bicycle, and even an ideal field for traditional games. Monte da Senhora da Mó is located about 8 Km from the Town of Arouca and, to reach it, one needs to go through a winding road that takes you to an altitude of 711 m.
