At the top of the Marão mountain, at 1416 meters of altitude, lies the Senhora da Serra viewpoint.

It is a place of immense beauty, with breathtaking landscapes.

You can see lands beyond the Douro River, from Vila Real and Vila Pouca de Aguiar, and on clear days, looking to the west, you can almost see the Atlantic Ocean with the naked eye.

The access road is narrow, with some areas in bad state.
