"The Miradouro do Bom Jesus das Mós is located in the parish of Carvalheira, between the Amarela and Gerês mountains, and spreads across a small hill that slopes down to the Homem and Rodas rivers. In front of it, on the horizon line, lies the sea of Viana do Castelo, while in its rear, serving as a protecting entity, stands the Monte das Mós, which makes an amazing viewpoint, from where several villages in the Homem river valley can be seen. It's an excellent panoramic view for those who can wrap themselves in abundant wild nature, which by its silence, roughness and immensity calls us to coexistence with the sacred and with the aesthetic sense of existence."
