Ich habe voller Begeisterung die ersten Fotos der „Wave“ bei der Fotopräsentation eines bekannten österreichischen Fotografen gesehen. Anlässlich meines Besuches der meisten amerikanischen Nationalparks habe ich mir dann vorgenommen, auch die berühmte „Wave“ zu anzusehen. Da ich dafür alleine war, habe ich mir einen Guide mit entsprechenden großen 4x4 genommen, der mich auch sicher hingeführt hat. Ich hatte Glück und bekam bereits am ersten Tag ein Ticket. Meine Versuche das Ticket per Mail zu bekommen sind monatelang gescheitert.<br>Wir hatten mit dem Wetter großes Glück, sind sehr früh losgefahren und waren bereits um 7h morgens an Ort und Stelle. Der Weg war nicht schwierig, aber anhand der damals zur Verfügung gestellten Fotos alleine nicht sehr leicht zu finden. GPS gab es noch sehr selten.<br>Für mich war es ein ein Traum, den ich mir erfüllt habe und auch ein Natur-Weltwunder. Ich war hell begeistert von den Formen und Farben, die man dort erleben kann. Die Farben verändern sich stündlich mit der Sonneneinstrahlung.<br>Noch heute bin ich froh und glücklich, dass ich die Wave erleben durfte. Wer meine Fotos sieht, wird dies erkennen, da ich den ganzen Weg voller Begeisterung vielfältig dokumentiert habe.<br>Wer etwas ganz spezielles erleben will, für den ist die „Wave“ sicher eines der schönsten Erlebnisse, das man haben kann.
