The Baloiço do Espinhal is located between Espinhal and the Louçainha River beach, in Penela, Coimbra district, in the Centro region of Portugal.
The Cascata da Pedra da Ferida is located in the Serra do Espinhal, and the access to it is through the road of Ribeira da Azenha.
To visit this pleasant place, you have to leave the car a few hundred meters away and walk a short path.
Noteworthy, fed by the Ribeira da Azenha, is the watermill of the rodízio with feathers recently recovered, a living example of what once was an important tool in the context of traditional technologies and subsistence economy practiced until the mid-twentieth century.
