The Treetop Walk at Serralves is a unique and peaceful experience that lets you explore nature from a whole new perspective. Located in the beautiful Serralves Park in Porto, this elevated walkway takes you up into the treetops, offering stunning views of the park’s lush greenery while giving you a closer look at the canopy level. The structure itself is thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the environment. The walk is both relaxing and educational, with informational panels along the way that highlight the biodiversity of the area and the importance of preserving it. It’s perfect for families, couples, or solo visitors who want to connect with nature. At a leisurely pace, the walk takes about 15-20 minutes, and it’s accessible to most visitors, with gentle inclines and sturdy railings. While it’s not a very long activity, it’s a wonderful addition to a visit to Serralves, especially if paired with the park’s other attractions like the Contemporary Art Museum or the beautiful gardens. Overall, the Treetop Walk is a must-try for nature lovers and anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, elevated view of one of Porto’s most serene locations. It’s a refreshing escape from the city’s hustle and bustle!

a wooden walkway between trees, gives a whole different experience from walking on the ground, and great views! free entry

I've been there in October 2022 with my dear mother Diane and my step father Claude (1962-2024 R. I. P 💚👽✨🎶🎵🎸🎹🪕⚜️🦁💾🖱️🖥️🥜🍊🦅🦋🦥) and we made the whole visit with the museum and this sprawling park. The Treetop Walk Serralves is definitely the part I preferred, it was a blast with a load of fun & prank moments!

Beautiful walk, it's very secure and accessible with infant carrier, the only downside I can think of after visiting it's that the walk in itself is a bit too short!

Walking there is so nice. Reserve a day where there is no rain because the view is better of course. It is a good time to lose yourself in the middle of the city because it doesn’t feel like you are in the middle of Porto. The walking is short but is also tall and you can touch the trees.
