Santa Maria Madalena Church (Madalena)
The Church of Santa Maria Madalena, located in the parish of Madalena on the island of Pico in the Azores, is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. A wonderful view of the village with the sea in the background makes the visit worthwhile.
The old primitive church was characterized by three doors and two floors of windows, but lately it has been rebuilt with greater impressiveness.
