"The Santa Catarina Belvedere is a location with panoramic view and an altitude of 222 meters. It has an exceptional view of the town of Ponte de Lima. The belvedere is located on a hill full of history. In addition to the remains of fortifications, whose date is not consensual, there is a chapel dedicated to Saint Catherine that dates back to the Middle Ages. In the eighteenth century works of improvement were made to the chapel. The chapel can only be seen from the outside on regular days."
