The new swing in Aldeia Velha offers a panoramic view of Aldeia Velha and the neighboring villages, of the valley that embraces Guarda and of the border ranges extending from Serra da Estrela to Spain. But the greatness of the landscape that can be seen with the eyes is not the only attraction. Its own shape makes the difference, or it wouldn't be inspired by the forcão, an essential wooden instrument in the Capeia Arraiana, the main tradition of the region.
