Rojões - Casa Nanda (Porto) is a gastronomy attraction located in the municipality of Porto. Rojões is a traditional dish from Northern Portugal, consisting of pieces of pork meat marinated in green wine, garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf and sweet paprika. This meat is cooked with flour-dredged intestines and pieces of pork liver, chestnuts and potatoes. Moreover, this dish is usually served with white rice or sarrabulho rice.
