"When it comes to suckling pig, we always think of Bairrada. However, this idea is already somewhat "outdated" ... We can find suckling pig, cooked to perfection, almost everywhere in the country. The baby pig is cooked slowly and regularly basted. It is separated from the bone and fills the traditional grandfather's bread."
