Pineu Swing (Santarém)
Launched this year, Panoramic Pinéu's Swing, located in Ulme parish, is the result of an artistic installation within the framework of Pin'Arte - a program of urban arts in a rural context of Ulme parish.
The Pinéu's Swing (name given to the natives of Ulme) allows visitors a panoramic view of the green paddy fields - Ulme Valley's brand image - and it is possible to follow, throughout the year, the rice cycle and its various production phases.
From the height of this swing, which results from a set of wills of the Ulme Parish Council, the landowner, the Municipality of Chamusca, the company Leais & Oliveira, and various volunteers, you can still see the plain, the Tagus and Aire and Candeeiros Mountains.
