"The waterfall has a height of 25 meters and can be observed from the viewpoint (Miradouro Pedra da Ferida) or visited at its base. The viewpoint is accessed via a 2.5km trail, which has steel cables to help with movement. Access to the viewpoint can be a bit difficult when wet and it is advisable to wear appropriate footwear. Access to the waterfall requires an additional 600 meter journey. The location has a nearby picnic park, however there are no toilet facilities. Open 24 hours a day."
