Above the city of Vigo! 🌥️🌤️ Wonderful view of the city, quiet and lots of greenery. Perfect place for relaxation. Don't miss this park if you get to Vigo. Visited April 2026.
I am not sure why they called it a park as it is an old fort that requires some level of fitness to reach to the top if you dont have a vehicle. It has good history there and worth the visit. I was amazed by the 360 view of the city below. It would have made an excellent defense point back in the day. It's quite big so it can be considered a small hike for the elderlies so just stroll and enjoy the beauty.
Good place to catch sunset - just a 15 Minute walk up after a 10-15 walk from the cathedral. Lots of sitting areas as well to enjoy a picnic. Next time i would go with a picnic basket
This is a very historical place that is good to go with friends and family. Depending on the season might be windy, but he has a great view.
Best spot, to see the sunset in Vigo! You can see all of the ocean, the Cies Islands, the bridge! I totally recommend it to everyone. Don't go without a cerveza! For picknick with your friends, it's the best as well!! Also, you can run and do sports around it, the best to do in the sunrise or sunset;)
