The Miradouro de Casal de Loivos has a spectacular panoramic view of the village of Pinhão and the Douro River. From the viewpoint you can observe the Douro River, which describes a curve in front of Pinhão and winds through the slopes full of terraced vineyards, creating one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Douro. We can also spot several Quintas do Douro on the other side of the river, such as Quinta das Carvalhas with the round house on the top of the hill in front, Quinta do Bomfim, Quinta da Roêda, Quinta da Foz, and Quinta de la Rosa, among others.
