"This swing located in the Messines area near the A2 highway allows you to observe another Algarve that is rarely advertised."
The Algarve is not only beaches and the view from the viewpoint allows you to observe the small villages, the small gardens, the hills and valleys of this mountainous area.
The access can be made by 4x4 car but is easily done by a small walk through the dirt road that leads to the viewpoint.
Once there, contemplate the view and the silence of the area.
The car can be parked on the National Road 124, next to Mercearia Portela.
From here we walk crossing the EN and following the tarmac road towards the Swing that could already be seen.
