The Baloiço do Meco was built in Meco da Guerra, in the Monte de Paradela, in Trofa Municipality.

This is a passing point for many bicycle lovers and one of the highest points in the municipality.

The wooden swing works as panoramic viewpoint with view to the city of Trofa and the structure was assembled by the Associação Recreativa de Paradela, organizer of events such as the BTT Raid and the Trofa Urban Race.
