The Fort of São Brás, officially Military Building No. 001/Ponta Delgada, also referred to as the Castle of São Brás, is located in the parish of São José, in the city and municipality of Ponta Delgada, on the island of São Miguel, in the Azores.

Considered the most important example of military architecture of the 16th century and the most powerful fortress on the island, it was built on a headland in the primitive anchorage of Ponta Delgada, with the function of its defense against the attacks of pirates and corsairs, once frequent in this region of the Atlantic Ocean.
