Set in the parish of São João de Lourosa, in the municipality of Viseu, Baloiço do Dão is a modest panoramic spot overlooking the surrounding countryside of the Dão region. Positioned on a small hilltop, it offers wide views across the valley, nearby hills and, on clear days, distant mountain scenery. Its simple wooden swing, known for its heart-shaped frame, has made the place a pleasant stop for photos and quiet moments in nature.
