The Chapel of Bassar, located at Largo Rossio 10, 3515-245 Viseu, is a beautiful, small and cozy chapel. This one is also known as the Chapel of the Lady of Miracles. It is a place of faith, with a simple but lovely decoration and a tranquil atmosphere that brings peace. Around it there are green spaces, and it is definitely worth visiting due to its history of many years. It is a beautiful praying space, full of ornamentation, a special and relaxing place for those seeking peace and prayer. Bassar is a locality near Campo and Moure da Madalena. Near the chapel you can also visit the Castro de Santa Luzia, an interesting archeological site. Five kilometers away is the Grão Vasco National Museum, located in the historic center of Viseu, in the old Bishop's Palace of Viseu. The chapel is a place with a parking area, a cross in front, and which is very well decorated. It is in excellent condition and very pleasant. It is a beautiful and calm place, worth visiting.
