In Freigil e Miomães
The Cabrum Swing is located in the bed of the Cabrum River, hanging from a tree, right above the water. Its access is very difficult, and it depends on the water level. It will only be for the best prepared and brave who can use the stones to get to it. The Cabrum River rises in the Montemuro Mountains, near the Gralheira, being suitable for extreme and adventure sports such as climbing and canyoning. It flows into the Douro River, dividing the parishes of Freigil and Miomães in the municipality of Resende, from the parish of Oliveira do Douro in the municipality of Cinfães. The parishes of Friegil and Miomães by the last administrative reorganization of the parish territory, became the Union of the parishes of Freigil and Miomães with its headquarters in Freigil.
